I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city. It was opposite the opera house and within walking distance to souvenir shops and historic sites. The hotel facilities were great, with a fun rooftop restaurant that served drinks only. The rooms were beautiful and even better than the photos. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options.

For us it was ideal.

The luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this hotel made for a wonderful stay. the spa and wellness center provided a range of treatments, while the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation.

There was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, which made it difficult to apply make-up. this was easily overlooked given the exceptional quality of all other aspects of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with a quaint Italian restaurant nearby and being right in the center of everywhere we needed to go. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Nicolas at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

One negative aspect was the lack of a shower in the first opera view suite we were given, which was a disappointment.

While the room size and design were adequate, the separate toilet and washbasin caused inconvenience. the limited availability of power outlets made it challenging to charge electronic devices.

I recently stayed at this hotel for work purposes and was extremely impressed. The location couldn't be better, right opposite the Opera House. The room itself was stunning, with old world charm and unique features like the small balconies. The staff, particularly Olivier at the reception, were outstanding, providing exceptional attention to detail and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for their top-level customer service.
