The hotel facilities were great, with a fun rooftop restaurant that served drinks only. The rooms were beautiful and even better than the photos. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

For us it was ideal.

The luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this hotel made for a wonderful stay. the spa and wellness center provided a range of treatments, while the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation.

There was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, which made it difficult to apply make-up. this was easily overlooked given the exceptional quality of all other aspects of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with a quaint Italian restaurant nearby and being right in the center of everywhere we needed to go. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Nicolas at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

One negative aspect was the lack of a shower in the first opera view suite we were given, which was a disappointment.

We loved the rooftop bar, amazing swimming pool, superb reception staff, fantastic bar and spa staff, unexpected welcome gifts.
